This question was inspired from a conversation I had with a guy today. He said that he thought that more women should be size 0, to which I laughed and said "What, so you don't like these curves?" then I twirled for him to look at me. To my HORROR he pulled a face and said, "No, actually, sorry babe, I like you but, you do need to lose a few pounds", Please tell me that not all guys have this view! Otherwise I am going to go into depression!
Don't even suggest making me go on a diet!

I LOVE a woman with curves! Lots to love, lots to hold onto, lots to snuggle up to, lots to touch intimately. And I'm also pretty well-built in my upper body (at least one good thing about being on crutches since childhood) ... when I hug women with curves, I'm holding onto something, and they love to be held tight!
The size-0 women ... there's nothing to hold, and I'm afraid I'll break them if I hug them. Also, the intimacy isn't as good. You get poked with protuding bones and joints.
Someone please smack the guy up the head...

I'm a size 0 and after reading the responses it becomes clear that at the end of the day, you have to love being the way you are and forget everyone else who tries to bring you down and make you feel like less than what you are. We're all beautiful in our own way...and for those naive few who think being a size 0 means being a skinny beanpole you might want to think again. Yes if someone's 6'5 and slender it can look a little daunting but being 5'1 and perfectly proportioned - no rib cages, bones or anything poking out - I can tell you that the words 'size 0' should not be used like an insult. There genuinely is a thing called being "big" and "small-boned" so some of us will never be a size 10 and some of us will never be a uk size 6, no matter how hard we try to be different. Love what you've got lady, and remember - there's always going to be someone out there wanting to fill your shoes!

Any man who prefers size 0 is suspect - girls of that size have no curves and look like very ill boys - not a healthy preference in my eyes.
If that IS you in the picture then I see absolutely nothing wrong with your size - curves are good ,bones are bad.
A US size 0 is the equivalent of a UK 4 THAT IS NOT HEALTHY for anyone above the age of 10.

actually extra advantageous than that. in my view i admire between length 10-14 (im skinny too). length 0 is fantastic while you're a twiglet yet otherwise it in simple terms seems risky. a guy likes some bum and breasts to play with. Curves are attractive! Dont sense uncomfortable in simple terms see it as now you have something to instruct off. savor!

The key is somewhere around being yourself - I suspect that my attitude is very similar to that of many women about men...as long as the woman is making some 'effort' then that is sufficient. Forced dieting is not the answer - that is robbing the woman of something that is basic to her. If she wants to lose weight for her own benefit, to improve her self-esteem or whatever, then fine, but to do it just because she believes that this is what men want is misguided. (Apologies if that sounds patronising, I don't mean it to)

WHo cares what he thinks!!!! Not all women are a size 0 and those who are starve themselves to get that way.....I would rather be healthy than skinny....I used to be a size 0 and people told me all the time that I looked sick! I am now a size 7 and I dont feel bad at all....Eventually everone will find someone who accepts them for who they are and what they look like no matter how big or small

99% of all men like to have a healthy looking woman and not a stick insect.
Never mind banning junk food advertising they should ban size zero models, they are not attractive and they promote and unrealistic, unhealthy image of women.

from your photo you look a really nice girl. there are many guys who like curves (me too) and it is the most natural thing for a woman to have curves. so just tell that guy to find some skeleton for company. take care

12-14 is perfect just like my wife but she allways on a diet. I tell her she looks amazing everyday. size 0 is someone who very ill
and needs food and what is the point of that size anyway.

Take it from someone who knows, size 0 women are NOT hot! I mean don't get me wrong, I find all shapes, sizes and colors attractive-but give me a girl with a body. Because those skinny girls hurt, with their bones sticking out everywhere. Everyone has their likes and dislikes, but just about all my friends think like me, and yes we do talk about you.
