LOL--you got to be kidding me. all condoms are water proof., they are made to hold sperm in--even the natural ones. Your biggest problem will be that water will wash away your natural lubrication---your problem will to find a wated based lube that will not wash away (oil will damage the condom)

They are all water proof, some are latex, some are lamb skins, some are plastic, but all water proof. But not impervious to stuff like Vaseline which dissolves the condom. But be careful of breakage, vigorous action makes then break over twenty per cent of the time. You can also get filled with water, the action is like a pump pushing fluid.

Condoms are water proof. But you should get ultra lubricated because your gonna be in the water and if the oil gets rubbed off then you are gonna be hurting while your making love and you dont want that.

Make sure you use a lot of lubrication because the water with friction can irritate your vagina. Silicone lubes are the best bet for the water, because it lasts longest. Try some of these.....

you shouldnt have sex in water, the water could get lodged up there and cause all kinds of health problems that could probably put you in the hospital, or kill you, so i recommend against that
