I had a cup of oatmeal for breakfast...a cup or grapes for lunch..lots of water..and pork chops , mac n chesse with extra cheese(lol) and Broccoli for dinner..did I over eat? Trying to get in shape

The oatmeal is great as is the water and grapes. Pork chops were ok if you are trying to gain muscle, the mac'n cheese was really bad. Not only is it pasta but the cheese is a killer!!!!! Try to snack more. Like have the grapes for a snack. You over ate for dinner because you didnt eat much during the day. Try over eating at breakfast instead so you have the whole day to burn the extra calories.

it depends, do you work out? and how much you weigh now. if you weigh 800 pounds you did pretty good but if you weigh 110 you did bad. I would say on average you did ok.. oatmeal broccoli water and grapes are obviously good. as long as you trimmed the pork chops thats not bad at all and the mac n cheese depends on how much you ate... it shouldnt be that bad though so id say for your first day (im assuming its your first day) you did fine.... just try to keep it up and id say start running or biking if you can because that gives you the opportunity to over eat and still be able to lose weight from the excersize.

It looks like you over ate some. You should've eaten less for lunch and held the pork chops for dinner (or the last meal of the day).

I don't think so. You had a really super light breakfast and lunch, and your body is craving fat for energy to keep you going. Maybe try spacing the fat grams out through the day so you won't be so hungry by dinner.

it doesn't sound like you did! but honestly it doesn't matterhow much you eat as long as you get plenty of excersize!
