When a female dog is spayed the uterus is removed. So there is no way it can be reversed. Unless you really know what your doing breeding dogs is at best a chore and at worst a nightmare. Love your dog and enjoy her beauty.

Nope..all the inner reproductive parts are removed, therefore there is no reversing the procedure.
They do this to avoid having to take care of all the pups that one dog could possibly produce over the next 6-10 yrs.

I don t think so and I hope not ! I'm sorry but that's selfish. Did you see all the other dogs at the shelter? Why bring more dogs into this world when there are 1000's dying every day. If you want a puppy go adopt one. Let me ask you this do you plan to keep all her puppies? Do you have the money to have them all vetted and fixed? What if none of the puppies look like her are you just going to drop them off at the shelter? These are things to think about.

You are out of your mind.
1. Why would Humane Societies pay for a reversable operation in order to limit pet populations?
2. Why would you want to rescue one dog only to allow another 8-10 to take her place in shelters?
3. If you can't understand spaying, how on earth would you breed dogs responsibly?

I would love to do the same for mine, but he had to be fixed since he would escape all the time. He had one litter of pups with a stray we picked up off the streets she was german mix and he was a pit/boxer. Never seen a bunch of smart *** pupps in my life! Lost one to parvo 2 were given homes, the female was found a home and wel my old boy, livn his life to the fullest
Just admire her beauty. Have some professional photos done of her ans fram them, she is a work of art and should be treated that way.

You can not reverse a spay! whoever said you could is crazy. When they spay a dog they ligate (tie suture around and cut off blood flow) and cut off both ovaries and the uterus. Then they are disposed of. You can't reatach a uterus and ovaries.

Yes, its quite possible to "reinstall" a dog's uterus and ovaries once they've been removed.
Just ask the Humane Society where they had her spayed "fixed" so you can find out what happened to the parts they took out. That way you can locate them, keep them frozen until you find a vet that will reinstall them for you.
