Sinus drains alot when I lower my head? Clear; not infectious looking?

Any time I lower my head, as if to rest my head on my desk; I get intense pain after about 10-15 seconds alongside "that feeling" that you get when you go swimming and get alot of water rushed up your nostrils. I am serious. So pls do not reply if you do not understand why this is happening. Please!

Clear discharge when your head is lowered or after eating/drinking hot items is typically allergy related draining. However intense pain isn't normal. See your doctor or an ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) Specialist.
