I try to watch what I eat and don't eat alot of junk food.
However, this certain kind of cereal that my mom buys is my weakness lol...and I eat alot of it...
Like whenever I go into the kitchen I grab a few bites...
Which turns into a serving or two I guess, Idk.
I exercise everyday and weigh 127 or 128 pounds.
If I stop eating the cereal completely, and have about 1500 calories a day, and exercise about 45 minutes a day or maybe alittle more, by the time I go back to school from Spring break [on March 18th I think] will I be 125 pounds?

It's Special K fruit and yogurt if that helps..

I can't believe you are so stressed over losing two measley lbs. Forget about it! You sound like you are at a healthy weight. At least you aren't grabbing handfuls of cheetohs or something gross like that every time you go in the kitchen!

Okay. You did not mention how tall you are, but even if you are a fairly short person 128 lbs does not make you over weight. However if you are intent on losing a little weight, the best way to do it is through moderation. Be reasonable about what you eat. Ask yourself am i eating this for the nutitional content or the taste. Nutrition is what counts. That said we need to allow ourselves to have treats occasionally too. Most of the time cereal is a fairly healthy thing to treat yourself with. Also vary your exercise routine, and keep in mind that resistance training causes your body to burn more fat throughout the day because it builds muscle, and muscle burns more calories than fat. So lift a little weight. Be sure to start out with light weights. Even if you don't lose the weight, more important than what you weigh is how healthy you are. If your healthy you'll have a beautiful glow about you. Don't be one of those really dull looking & homely scrawny people. Be strong in mind & body. =0)

Special K is good for you. Maybe, put it in another spot so you won't be as tempted by it. Could you eat half the amount you are eating now? Since you are eating it plain, I can't see where it would be the problem. Unless, you have a body that puts on weight practically from sniffing food. Do you drink sodas?

Yeah..Special K cereal is REALLY good.
but i think u should have it once in a while
try exercising for an hour and a faster way is put music u like and dance to it.
Eat 3 times a day..and no snacks ( maybe 1 in a week)

You probably will lose some weight,but I suggest that you eat a big breakfast and a little dinner.
All day your burning calories so if you eat a big breakfast,most of those calories will be burned.
At night when your sleeping your body doesnt burn as much calories so if you eat a small dinner you wont have that many calories.

sounds like a good plan, if you can stick to 1 serving then the cereal is not bad, otherwise try asking your mom to stop buying it! and 2-3 pounds is the right amount to lose in a week. good luck

Yeah I think so because you are not eating that much and working out. You could even possible lose more weight if your only 127 pounds.

Hi if you eat to much of any food you will put on weight better to stick to a sensible eating plan but you don't sound as if you are over weight

Girl @ 125 your at a perfect weight unless your like 4'6 or something you shouldnt stress so much on weight and enjoy your young life embrase your body as it is and rock it !!!!
