If he always wants to be on top, that just sounds as if he's a bit unimaginative. See if you can't seduce him into trying a few other positions - girl on top or doggy-style might be good ones to start with.

Being on top is the missionary way and how it was intended for procreation. We all know that accept for a few religions, pleasure overrides procreation for the reason to have sex, so unless that is the only position your boyfriend will try, then don't worry about it. If he won't do other things that you would like to do, and you don't want to feel dominated, find another partner.
