I think he is on this site.
Christians will not know who he is this side of Glory.
2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

I believe that Christians won't be around when the anti-Christ appears. The Church will be raptured away before he appears. When the time is right, God will take the Church out of the world and the anti-Christ's time will begin. He (the anti-Christ) knows that the Church (not organized religion) will recognize him when he does appear and that is what is holding him back.

Christianity is symbolic like any other teachings of mythology. Speaking from an observer of the Christian faith I say followers will not be able to see the Anti-Christ. What Christian don't understand their own blindness in their faith is what will be used against all man kind. If you really open your eyes long enough to the Anti-Christ as Christians call him is will be another Hitler type ruler that will use the ignorance of the religious to run his agenda.
Of course the religious can't see this fact because their minds are indoctrinated from childhood to only she what is in their bible. Because they have lost the ability of reason is why they won't or can't see what is coming.

I probably wouldn't recognize him at first, unless he came right out and said "worship me". He's supposed to be very sly, and he's supposed to say things to woo the hearts of people. And little, child hearted me, would try not to judge him, and for a long time, give him the benifit of the doubt. I always try to see the best in people. And I think that's where I could be easily manipulated.

If he doesn't come followed by Billions of His believers as described in Revelations, he is the anti christ.

I think a very discerning, free-thinking, unchurched Christian might recognize him but few of the literalists will.
