I really sometimes notice that ..there could be some people who are very at ease meeting someone new ..not necessarily because that person go out a lot or something like that ...and at the other side, some others, no matter how extrovert and cool they could be , it is hard for them to meet someone new ...what can explain that , according to you ? would you say there is a factor of chance in that also ?

I would think the people with confidence are at ease with meeting new people. Just be yourself.

because some people are a little more friendly and outgoing. Anyone could easily meet new people if they just had a great personality.

Certain insecurities would do it. Judgemental people do not mix in very well in meeting new people either. Who knows whats going on in ones mind....
