Help with A thesis statment for english class?

i have a reserch paper due in my 9th grade english class, and i need help with my thesis. The paper is on great mysteris and My topic is vampires and i am chosing to prove that they are NOT real, this is the thesis i have already

"There are many different explinations for vampires, but there is no real evedence that can prove vampires excist."

I know that some of the spelling is messed up, and i plan on fixing that. can you please hel p me with it or give me some pointers on writing a better one, thank you SOOOO much!!

Whenever writing essays or research paper use the 5 paragraph format.
I. Introduction
A. Attention Getting First Sentence
B. Additional Info
C. Thesis
1. to an extent
2. main ponit 1
(then how ever many more points you want)
II. Body (# of paragraphs = # of main points)
A. First sentance always states topic ( go in order with thesis
B. Supply evidence and support
C. Smooth transition into next paragraph
III. Conclusion
A. Restate thesis in differnt words
B. Add strong closing memorable ideas and opinions

for the actual points and statement of thesis i have no clue but i'll give a sample.
"The existance of vampires is impossible because, there is no real evidence, it is completely illogical, and if there were vampires random deaths, dissappearences, and strange changes would appear in the news.

This is not an easy subject to write about but if you do need a thesis for it this might help...

"I have reseached Vampires and I do not find any reliable references as to their existence."

add a question before it like "Are vampires real ??? well there are many ........" ur sentence there hope it helps and good luck with ur paper

Try this one:

"The fiction--historical and literary--behind vampires, and why their continued existence is essential in modern society."

It should write itself.
