ill do anything but surgery and pills b/c im a teen but im going on a cruise in 5 days...how can lose some of this far around my stomach and FAST!

do sit ups! that focuss more on ur abdominal area! and try to excersize a little bit of every part of ur body like running or something! and to keep off that weight eat whatever you want, just eat small portions of like the weight watchers thing makes you do!

I suggest you execrise but seriously doubt that you will see results in 5 days so just enjoy yourself and stop thinking about your weight nobody in the cruise is going to care much first because most that go on a cruise are older and probably not there weight.

i got here upon the e book to be very informative and undemanding to envision. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm basically worried that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too without postpone. i'm going to confess i've got not accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet frequently) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden retains flying off. It for sure works and if i could accompanied it precisely i think of it could scare the residing daylights out of me because of the quantity that i could lose. Dont panic
You just need to control what things you eat. dont diet! it hardly ever works, so just plenty of greens, and fruit. Its easy to bloat from bread, and pasta and other carbs, so maybe limit how much you eat. But remember nothing is bad for you, if you eat it in moderation, you dont need to cut something out compleatly.
And lastly, try doing like 40 situps a day, its easy to do it if you tuck your toes under the sofa or something and then pull yourself up gently, you dont have to pull yourself up the whole way either.

Easy try power walking and swimming. Dont eat before going to bed.

Do some sit ups, treadmill, go on the cruises exercise room, and don't eat anything bad on the cruise.
