I have so many negative thoughts lately. it's getting outta control

Just stop it......dont worry about everything...you cant save the world....take it easy.....and stop being negative!

First you need to figure out why you are having so many negative thoughts. Are you stressed about something? Maybe bills or a relationship, etc...? If you can pinpoint the problem then you can begin to work on it. But it could just be depression setting in. In that case you need to either talk to someone about it or take some medication to help you. Either way don't let it go. It can turn into something really bad for you.

I used to be a pretty pesimistic person and I got really sick of it. finally I just decided I was going to start every day with a positive attitude and look for the best in the situation.
Everyday when you wake up do something for you, get a nice warm shower, drink a mug of tea - these are silly things I enjoy and start the day out knowing your going to succede in what you intend to do.
Some days it doesn't work, I've woken up burned myself trying to make tea forgotten half my supplies on the way to school and had to go back dropped my assignment in a puddle, got splashed by a truck and finally made it to school in one piece none the optimist that I'd started out lol. But most of the time that's all it takes, when i have a good attitude starting asignments they go smoother, I have more patients and in the end that helps me be more optomistic.
Give it a try, every day just start it out good and eventually it will become part of your routine.
Also try re-organising yourself, spend some time working hard to get ontop of things you've been procrastinating on, or deadlines you have comming up. I always feel better when I'm ahead of my schedual.

make a gratitude list. add to it every day.keep it with you and touch it to remember the things on it throughout the day.
