help!! should i dump him?

ok so yesterday i met him and kept throwing stuff at him he thought i was like in 5th grade when i am in 7th and he is in 7 too..... but then we played basketball wit him and my friend and he checked her out and everything and i asked him out right b4 i left and he said u or ur friend and then my friend said her and he said idk maybr i have to think bout it but asked for my number...i gave it to him and he called lata that night and asked me out then we had plans today...but ddint show so i called him and he said he would b ther in 10 but ehn called right back and said i cant my mom is makin my go to mall...does he like me? should i dump him?
