Change her routine up a little. The biggest thing is patients. No caffeine or sugar after lunch, nap a little earlier and not as long. Keep her up a little later at night. Be firm, they need firmness at this age! If you let her do it once you will have to start all over again. Maybe keep a loud ticking clock or something in her room so she does not hear other noises that will wake her in the night. Talk to her about being a big girl & how everybody has there own bed. Surround her with things to occupy her if she does wake up.

As for changing her routine, what are you doing? is she napping? Once or Twice? If so, nap earlier, take out a nap or no nap at all. Do something active before dinner. When she comes in at 2 be firm and tell her "It's time for bed, I love you, good night" and LEAVE! It's hard but leave. If she comes back out again, back to her bed and say "Good night". Don't show frustration they can read this!!! lol. Again out of bed, dont say a word and take her back to bed. Leave EVERY time. If she cries let her. It's hard, but within a couple of nights she will get the idea. Consistency is key. Don't give the attention they seek. Hard for a couple of nights but worth it in the long run! BE STRONG!
Good luck!

Bring her back to bed. Tell her "it is too early. It is bed time" Then say nothing and put her in bed everytime she gets up. Say nothing and put her in bed. She will get the message eventually.
Also stop letting her take naps during the day or put her to bed LATER so she will sleep through the night. Try watching Supernanny on ABC. Or write them for some advice.

My 3 year old sleeps with me most of the time, but maybe you can get her favorite character cartoon bed sheets and or comforter, it worked for me for a while. Now I just let him fall asleep in my bed then I move him to his. He does wake up at about seven and gets back in the bed.

The child is probably hungry. Feed the child a good meal (as much as u can get a 2 year old to eat), an hour or so before bed. Usually children sleep through the night on a full stomach.

Take her back to her own bed and lie down with her until she is fast asleep; close the room door. Do Not allow her to remain in your room or your bed. After several nights, you may have the battle won. Patience and repetition is the key.

Try keeping her up later and avoiding the daytime naps if she is taking them. If there are no daytime naps and staying up later is not an option then maybe try to incorporate more daytime activities into her schedule. I sometimes just turn on my son's tv with his favorite movie and set the timer for 45 min. and he lays down and falls back asleep for the rest of the night. Hope this helped. Good luck!

Well, what I would do is I would close my door and keep it closed. Don't let her in your room after her bedtime. She may kick your door and scream at the top of her lungs for a while, but if you just ignore it, she will get the message sooner or later. If her screaming keeps you up all night, put in ear plugs to block out the noise. But remember to take them back out when she's done her temper tantrum. Good luck!

in all honesty, it sounds like her bedtime might be a little too early. I'd try keeping her up an extra hour or so and see if that helps.
