There is no quick way to loose weight. Some people will tell you to fast, but that is not a good idea, because your metabolism will go down, making it harder for you to loose weight. Just diet and exercise, and the weight will come off, give it some time. And also too do not deprive yourself either, just because you are dieting does not mean that you can not have the occasional treat, just don't overindulge in it.
Also, too what helps is drink water all the time, and stop going out to eat (they always put way too much food on your plate). I did those last two things, and I lost 12 pounds in 2 months, and I wasn't even exercising or anything.
And also too, I don't know if you know it or not, but in order for you to be in the healthy BMI range, your weight should be 174.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

I think you should probally weigh about 160. I am 5'6" and did weigh 242. I started losing weight in the middle of September. I have lost 30 pounds, down to 212. I still have a ways to go. I really cut back on my portion sizes and left off the sweets. There is no quick way. A slow weight loss is better and you are more apt to keep it off. GOOD LUCK

Sorry no quick way, no matter what people tell you. Nobody on here can tell you what weight you should be, it depends on a lot of thing, like bone structure. All physicians or anybody who knows what they are talking about will tell you to eat right, (no fast food) exercises at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes each time. I take lean-r-gy to help me get motivated to work out, and I work out at home cause I hate gyms. Lean-r-gy Increases your metabolism and gives you lots of energy. But won't help you shed the lbs without good hard work on your part. So far I've lost 13 lbs in a matter of a couple weeks doing it this way, if I keep it up I'll be at my goal weight in no time. It's hard, but worth it!! Good luck to you :)

Using the site below, I found out that you are obese. Your ideal weight should be 149-183lbs. Try going on the South Beach Diet or Weight watchers, or any other diet. Also, go to a gym as often as you can. The exercise will make you loose weight, AND boost your metabolism! Also, try to go to a place where you can diet with other people. Research shows that people who exercise and diet together get better results! Good luck!

160 is a good weight for you height, it gives you a BMI (body mass index) of 23, and that is right in the middle of normal weight range for your height. But remember muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are a runner or are very athletic, than you are going to weigh more, due to the muscle.

Your doctor can answer all of these questions. He will tell you your healthy weight range and the best way to lose weight and get healthy. There is no quick way to lose weight either. You have to eat right and exercise for life. Talk to a doctor and a registered dietician.

I'm 25, weigh 225, used to be 275. i started lifting weights, that helps your metabolism, builds muscle and you can basically eat the same amount of food. if you are already lifting weights and you cant drop more weight, then thats pretty much your size

Try the "atkins" diet. Young people take in way too many carbohydrates. The advantage is that in cutting the carbs, your bursting matabolism will shift in overdrive and burn fat instead. Check out the atkins.com webpages and good luck!

I trust persons that say you may desire to do your man or woman artwork. how are you going to ever learn those issues in case you do no longer attempt it? maximum persons could help with some issues yet it rather is ridiculous.
