If both are female, then the first would be: ""Toi et mois, nous nous sommes retrouvées encore une fois".

If you are speaking to an older person whom you are not related to, then substitute "Vous" for "toi".

Why do you need a translation for something you would never say in any language? The rules of grammar don't change.
