Jeanmarie,

I have been following your answers, and like the way you think, thought I would tell you so. Its so nice to see Christan's take up for their belief.
Where did you get the little cross that you have under your name.

Oh, by the way, I haven't found any diet supplements that work, but did find a diet that I could live with.
I make a big pot of veggie soup ( what ever you like goes in)
eat it for lunch every day and a cup before dinner.
That way you don't over eat. Drink Diet Arizona Green tea with every meal.
For Snacks I eat Grapes, fruit salad and a hand full of almonds.
I lost 20 lbs in 3 months, just maintaining now.

Good luck

I recommend Cinch Inch Loss Plan. It's easy to follow and very healthy. It's powered by leucine, an essential amino acid that travels directly to muscle to signal protein synthesis. It helps your body preserve muscle mass while you lose weight and inches from fat.

I was on the plan for three weeks and lost 10 lbs., 4 1/2 inches from my waistline and 2 1/4 inches from my hips.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

Diet supplements along with diet shakes and all that stuff are actually really bad for you. Those things that claim they help you lose weight actually eat away at your body tissue!!!! I am like not lieing either
