I have searched many sites, but I still can't find a site that gives one a Gaelic translation free of charge!

The Irish language and Scottish Gaelic cannot be translated literally from the English language as the sentence structure is very different so it cannot be done by an online programme. The first site below is a live forum where members (some only learning the language) will translate Irish to English voluntarily.

The second site is an Irish/English translation dictionary which, as well as translating words, shows their usage in sentences.

The third site is a Scottish Gaelic dictionary "Prepared for the use of learners of the Gaelic language"

The last site will search for words in Scottish Gaelic and Manx dictionaries and an Irish grammar dictionary
