drink lots of water and eat plenty roughage / fibre to keep stools soft so to avoid straining on the loo which is the commonest cause of piles . They will eventually shrink if you do as mentioned .

HI,all i can say 2 u,is go n see your doctor,depending how bad they r,they will either put a band round them 2 stop the blood supply n they will drop off within few weeks,or they will operate,where,u wont feel nothing,you,ll b sore 4 a few weeks after,but then ule feel as right as rain
