I got 124, and I'm 19, is that OK for my age group?

The average IQ is always 100. How many answers you have to get right on the test increases as you get older, though. That is why they always ask you your age before doing an IQ test. If a 5year old answers 11 questions right where most 5 year olds answer 10 right, their IQ will be shown as 110 (your score divided by average score as a percentage). IQ can be affected by many things (like partying the night before, or stress, etc.)

IQ is not the same as intelligence. It is only a very small sliver of the "intelligence pie". It measures "Fluid intelligence",which is basically the efficiency of how your brain processes things. Someone with a lower IQ may come to the same conclusion as one with a higher IQ, but may possibly take longer to get there. The reason you are asked your age when you write the IQ test is that, as you get older and learn more, your knowledge overrides your IQ.

You IQ is very good for a 19 year old. Most adults get on average an IQ of 100. Wikipdedia has a good basic guide, I hope it does help.

PS. I have an IQ of 127, and I'm 16

Age shouldn't factor into it; your IQ is supposed to take age into account and stay the same over your lifetime.
To add to what Nep. said, 130-140 (sometimes 145) is the "very superior" range, and scores above it fall into the 'genius' category.
The highest possible score is, if I recall correctly, 180 - so don't believe anyone who claims to have an IQ of 200!
