Yea, if the guy have a girl friend already you shouldn't think about dating him or kissing him. Find yourself another guy to like, theres a lot of guys out there. Plus, you're still young so relax and just enjoy your youth..

No, you did the right thing. I think he'll respect you more for saying no. And you may just stand a chance with him if it doesn't work out for him and his gf.
