if you wiped the drive and don't have an xp disc to reinstall you'll probably end up having to buy the full version.

on the other hand.....the activation workaround is all of 2MB...fairly quick download and windows will work equally as well.

PS. Rose is right......when using cracks....or any executables for that matter...know your crack teams. Only use disc images and cracks released by the major teams (deviance, fairlight, razr, addticted, ect.) If you just type vista activate into a p2p search you'll get something that resembles a phonebook.....the correct activation workaround is usually included with the disc image but you can find it seperately as well. If you see a perticular one that's shared by a small handful of users then stay away from it....if you find one that's shared by several thousand people chances are that's a legit version. I used the timecrack and timerstop.sys from team clony and had no trouble.

You just need to purchase another license, which you can get through the Microsoft site.

If you're thinking about downloading the crack, read this first: http://news.softpedia.com/news/Warning-Vista-Crack-Malware-45512.shtml
