The puppies may be pinching a nerve. If she has a hard time standing to relieve herself than use a towel. Place underneath her towards her rear being careful not to put pressure on her belly. Hold the towel ends in your hand and support her rear as she walks to where she needs to get too. Otherwise if you don't trust what the first vet says get a second opinion.
Or just be patient until puppies come and if she can't walk then seek the vets advice.

Hi Brandy
If your dog checked out ok with the vet, than there's nothing to worry about, if this is her first pregnancy than she will have discomfort that she doesn't understand along with some fatigue and depending on how many she is carrying will cause her to be weak in her legs, like most pregnant women. She could end up giving birth sooner than you expect, try to make her as comfortable as possible and good luck on your new arrivals.

If it were my dog and I wasn't satisfied with my vets answer then I would get a second or even a third opinion from other vets. It may be that nothing is wrong but it could be that he missed something somehow. So for your peace of mind and your dogs health it is always good to get a second opinion in a situation like this

You still have a long wait. If she is dehydrated, you may try fluids, like lactated ringer's, but if the vet did blood work and an ultrasound, it sounds like you will just have to wait it out. It may be late enough for a c-section. Hang in there.

she is passed due. she may not know how to push if she has not had pups before .your vet will know if she is having contactions. if not he will induce labor. if she is and not pushing then he will do a c- section. When my baby had a c-section was because the last pup was caught side ways inside of her. It was midnight. I had to take the father up to the vets because he was having a cow. once she was home everything was fine.

IF that vet told you everything is fine when she was checked out than either it is and she is just getting big from the puppies making it harder for her to get up or they may be pinching a nerve making it difficult. If that vet is unable to resolve the problem go to another one.
