This guy that i like is really shy. We told each other how we felt and went out together on a double date. After the date, i texted him asking if he wanted to be my boyfriend. hey, i hope your not holding back because i talk to alot of guys because they mean nothing to me. This guy gets jealous easy, and has never had a gf.I called him and asked him if he read the texts and he said he did, and that he doesnt know. I need to know, what should i do?

I'm going to makes some assumptions to answer this. But if he's never had a g/f then you might want to be a little more gentle with him. He would obviously be anxious and nervous about you. I am assuming you are more outgoing and aggressive than him. You will have to show a lot of affection and understanding if you are going to try to date someone so "green."

back off and let him take the lead....if he is really shy then he is probably feeling that he has been run over by a steamroller.....slow down.....give him a chance...
