Sure it is -so what? It's quick, easy and tasty. I usually serve mine with fried onions 'n beef gravy and mashed potatoes and green beans, but there's gotta be a hundred excellent sauces one can use. By the way - it's spelled "Salisbury", not 'Sailsbury".
