it sounds really good. but i had half a bowl with half the fat yesterday. is it bad if i'm dieting to go have another bowl today? i probably won't have a bowl tomorrow. but the only thing is, i have already eaten:
Raisen Bran
Turkey Sandwich
and then if i add the ice cream, ice cream
and then dinner. i will run for 30 minutes tonight. will it totally ruin my diet if i splurge and eat half a bowl?

i excercise more than just running i'll burn like 775 caloreis today and hopefully only eat 698 including dinner and ice cream.

On the diets that usually work, it's calorie thing. Some diets also let you eat what you want as long as you drink lots of water and exercise. I would eat a bowl of ice cream!!! I love ice cream!!! and you only live once!

Don't Diet. These kind of things always set you up for failure and make you miserable.
If you're craving ice cream, then have a scoop. It won't hurt you. Sit down, relax, no distractions, no tv. Enjoy that scoop of ice cream. Savor it.
Usually If you deprive yourself of something when you're really craving it, then you won't be able to stop thinking about it. it eats up at you, and the next time you allow your self some ice cream, you'll binge or overeat with a fear that you can't have it in the future. It's a vicious cycle. Ice cream is just food. It might not be the healthiest snack but if you like it so much, you shouldn't avoid it.
Denying yourself and emotionalizing foods always creates problems in the long run. Just enjoy life and try to maintain healthy habits, the occasional snack once a day won't make you fat.

Don't eat the ice cream. Invite someone over and feed them the rest of your ice cream. Or give it away to your neighbor or friends.
Then, go to the store and buy a really yummy lowfat dessert that won't make you feel guilty!! Like a Healthy Choice fudge bar (90 calories, chocolate ice cream bar, I LOVE how these taste, not like diet food at all) or a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich (140 calories each, I love these too! My dad eats them for the taste and he hates dieting!)

aww sweetie its ok eat ice creams its not that bad ok! treat urself and it wont ruin ur diet because im on a diet and i eat ice cream to treat my self and im still 93 pounds but thats because im 5'0 tall so im still maintaining 93 pounds so go ahead treat urself it wont hurt dont worrie!
