I love that my hair is wavy/curly, but I HATE the fact that I have soooo much of it! If it wasn't so "full", I'd completely love it! There has to be some way I can get my hair thinner, without:

1. getting it thinned at a hair salon
2. getting layers

If anyone knows ANY other way{s} to get my thick hair thinner, please let me know! It'd help me out sooo much!

I merely had my hair thinned the former day because I easily have a similar problem. There are 2 approaches of having your hair thinned a million is with a razor and the 2d is with scissors. i have tried both and that i love the scissors technique the most suitable. in case you're trying the razor it damages your hair and also you may word it extra in case you straighten your hair.

I am right there with you and if you get answers please share. I have naturally curly THICK hair. IT SUCKS! Everyday I go through this same routine Straighten and spray. I hate it. But I guess we should be happy were not bald. A good sleek and shine shampoo will help to make it lay down some. But it kinds weighs your hair down.

well the best way is to get it thinned out at a salon but thick hair is so pretty, why get rid of it? i suppose u could make ur eating habits worse, dont eat so healthy.. u could use shampoos that make hair fall out more.. like pantene or head and shoulders.. sry.. thats all i cud come up with.. thinning it at the salon is ur best bet tho..

You can buy thinners yourself at a beauty supply store, they are the same type used at the salon.

Aw, you are so lucky to have full hair, believe me you do not want fine and thin hair. I have long thin hair and I hate it.....it's so thin my ears peek through my hair lol.

I think you are lucky to have such full hair, many girls would die to have your type of hair.

couldnt you just straighten it...
...either chemically at home, you can get products from boots.

or use a straghtening iron.

tie your hair into a pony tail

wet it...gel it.

or just get a hair magazine which gives you good styles for thick curly hair.

straighten it but i wouldn't recommend doing it more than once a week because it could damage your hair. my natural hair is a big frizz and i straighten it each week but when i don't, i put it in a braid. hope this helps!
