Faire bouillir, porter à l’ébullition, if you mean "to boil".

Une bosse if you mean those nasty things on your skin.

A mere spot would be "un bouton".

Unless of course you mean the noun boil as in a painful skin infection caused by an ingrown hair, in which case it's furoncle.
