I take and recommend all natural Vita-Lea. Many, if not all, of the vitamins previously mentioned have artificial fillers and sweeteners and can even pass through the body intact.
All natural Vita-Lea has the best disintegration time (Howard University Pharmaceutical Dept.).
Outside clinical trials to prove absorption and effectiveness.
Balanced nutrients work together.
Highest standards for ingredient quality, purity and efficacy.
What's on the label is in the bottle.
Products developed for scientific reasons, not "fads".
Don't skimp on the expensive ingredients.
Remember, a product can be as little as 15% natural but can be advertised as natural per FDA. Also, all ingredients do not have to be listed on the label. When it comes to vitamins, you really do get what you pay for.
Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

Anything from GNC because they dont add a bunch of "fillers" in their products, if you look at the other ingredients and see a bunch of words you cannot prenounce, thats not good, GNC is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, try "Women Ultra Mega" multi vitamin
