Okay, I've hit it really hard this week, and Since Sunday have lost 7 POUNDS! My husband wants to order Outback today, and I'm feeling guilty already and obsessing about it.

Should I say screw it, reward myself and just get back on it tomorrow? Or totally say "no"?

I've always been told that eating out is ok, as long as you're picky about what you eat there and how it is prepared. I occasionally cheat, but I know that it will be hard going back because I get cravings that I didn't have before eating out. It's ok though, most research studies show that if you are on a diet and don't allow yourself some room, you will most likely give up on it.

I hit hard too.. you sound like me.. I haven't eaten nothing both soups since Sunday (I want to look sexy for vacation this month!!), and last night I have a sandwhich. So, I took the day off. You need that every once in a while so you're not hitting a plateau! Good luck! I have lost 6 pounds so far! :)

interior the comparable way there at the instant are not human beings going around calling themselves ex evolutionists. the persons who do no longer have faith in evolution have a false impression of what evolution is all approximately or have not studied it to the component the place they are asserting aha that's real. out of your attitude an ex-evolutionist for sure never fairly believed in evolution. there are various misconceptions approximately god. Rejecting god as a results of fact some gods are myths is like rejecting evolution as a results of fact some hypotheses have been got here across to be untrue. It does no longer make any experience. confident, the 9-twelve months-previous concept in Santa did no longer make Santa real. think the precocious 9-twelve months-previous believed in Saint Nicholas; if ten years down the song he or she denies the historic Saint Nicholas then we would say that the precocious 9-twelve months-previous replaced into no longer as precocious as we thought. based on the actuality that we understand the version between the myth of Santa Claus and the historic Saint Nicholas. i'm no longer attentive to any in spite of the incontrovertible fact that in case you probably did are available in the time of somebody who stated i'm an ex evolutionist what could you think of approximately their techniques on evolution?

I was reading some information about similar situations and it says that it's always good to have a small break, otherwise when you start to diet less, you will have more cravings for "bad" foods. So go for the break!

Definitely, when I diet, which I am doing right now I always take the weekend off. Don' forget, if you aren't doing it already exercising helps you lose weight and inches!

Don't do days off. If you feel you need to eat more calories for a day, make it with healthy foods. Unhealthy foods will trigger cravings you don't want.
