Since any language has its own construction I'm offering you a few different Italian phrases which meaning is the same of yr sentence in English, but that aren't a word by word translation of it.
In fact the correct literal translation of "love conquers all" is the one posted by above answerer Pinguino either "L'amore conquista tutto" or "L'amore conquista tutti" depending on the meaning of "all" (everything is 'tutto' - everybody is 'tutti').
However (since I guess you do mean 'everything') in Italy we would rather say: " L'amore vince su tutto" or " L'amore prevale su tutto"-
If instead you're looking for the Italian most common saying then you should definitely engrave:
" L' AMORE VINCE SEMPRE " (Love always wins) or
" L'AMORE VINCERA' SEMPRE " (Love will always win)

Oh, gosh. All I know is the lines from Ms. Sarajevo by U2 and the part of live from Milan in the U2 DVD. You should really find a real person you can trust. Like at a college or something that would be super duper trust worthy so they won't give you the wrong spelling. I could give it to you, but... L'amore conquista tutti. Not completely accurate. the closest I can find. Sorry!

If you mean "all" as "everybody" than "L'amore conquista tutti"; otherwise "L'amore conquista tutto".
Spell: lah moh reh kohn koo ee stah toot toh (tutti = toot tee)
Stress on "moh", "ee" and "toot".
