shes probably being distracted by other people - around you she can act like herself, but around others, they show more attention (because they have more time and energy to do that for around 1 hr rather than 24 / 7)
it is not a case that she is doing it to punish you but want extra tlc from you - which I know is difficult.
Try homeopathic teething granules, they're great, as an adult when i have toothache I use my sons, and despite the fact the are for children, I pop a few extras in my mouth and helps my toothache - def worth a try

From birth, crying is the way babies get their mother's attention. They cry when they're hungry and the mother feeds them. They cry when they wake up and the mother picks them up and holds them. They learn this is the way to get their needs met. Right now she needs to have the pain relieved, and since you are the one who has always met her needs in the past, she is crying for you to fix it. Probably the reason she doesn't cry around anyone else is that she doesn't expect them to be able to do anything. All of this is on an unconscious level. Babies don't try to punish their mothers. She might, however, be picking up on your stressed out condition, and that may be frightening to her. A one year old child does not have the ability to understand or to consider your feelings. Try to be calm and comfort her, distract her by playing with her, get her a semi-hard teething ring, and ask your pharmacist about over-the-counter medication that you can apply to her gums. Do an online search for "teething relief". If it continues to be a problem, ask her pediatrician. Take care of yourself, too. Get someone to watch her while you take a break now and then. Have patience and know that it won't last forever. And don't yell at her or spank her because this will only make it worse. Good luck.

maybe she knows you'll give her attention where other people wouldn't my neighbour had a son, if she was around he's constantly sook and want attnention if he'd fall he'd cry and cry until she picked him up and cradled him. If his father was there he wouldn't if he'd fall he's cry then his father would pick him up dust him off say - your okay go on and he'd stop crying and run off on his way.
The reason was he knew he could get attention from his mother, but his father wouldn't baby him, he knew it wasn't worth the effort.
Maybe she knows you'll make a big deal out of her crying, where other people wont.
Or it could be they give her attention when she's not crying, because they're not around her all the time, and she feels like she needs to do more to get your attention.

Has she pooped at present? If no longer possibly her tummy hurts cuz she has to. If she doesnt have all her the teeth, she may be teething nonetheless. A walk or a vehicle experience could help calm her down and why hasnt the rattling wellbeing care provider referred to as back... I hate that! If it gets to the component the place u think of something is heavily incorrect, dont anticipate the dr, bypass to the ER.. extra effective secure then sorry.. solid luck!

Destraction is a natural way to relieve pain. That's why pain is worse at night. The only solution is to get out of the house!
Find and indoor playground, walk around the mall, visit other moms, etc, etc. Until this is over. Also try to keep her busier at home.

Are you a stay-at-home mom? She might just be used to having you all the time while other people attract her attention for awhile.
