and even though she is flat chested, she says that her nipples start to itch when they touch the clothe her shirts.

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. What do you need help for? If she is your best friend, and you hers, why are you feeding his BS and propelling her anxiety? It is hard enough being in high school and college and being liked just for you and not because you are a deep pocket, jock, pair of t*i*t*s, legs or round a**. And if if your best friend is telling you that because you ain't you had better hide, inject or stuff, don't help.

Those men(and I use the world loosely)who feel the only girls worth bothering with are those who have a pair of Mt Everest on their chest. are not the guys for her. Maybe they are even trying to make up for their short coming. Speaking from a guy perspective. The real men are sitting there thinking when some girl walks by with big ones. Are they that perky because of the under-wire? Take it away they are floppy pillows? What did they cost? And what are they injected with? How many boxes of tissue she has stuffed in there? When the friend I have see a gal sight of mounds and not wearing a bra, WE find that hotter and sexier. We KNOW they are real, not fake.

Instead of stressing and feeling her she need to bra-up to be considered a "made" member of the women family. You should tell her the great sexy parts of being slight and not needing a bra. If I were in high school I would be all over that.

Suggest to your friend that she ask her mother to purchase training bras for her.
Also tell your friend that everyone develops at different rates, and that she will likely not always be flat-chested. Also, should she end up being very small, she can look forward to the fact that, when you get older and the laws of gravity set in, small breasts don't have far to droop!

ummm...tell your best friend that she should feel extra lucky not to have to wear a bra and everything now. being flat chested doesnt seem like a good thing to you girls now but down the road you will see that it is. being flat chested means that you can wear all the cute little halter tops and everything without having to worry about getting a strapless bra. also...its just alot better. im a 34D and i hate my boobs...i wish i could go back to being an A cup again...but theres not such luck without having surgery. so tell her to be thankful for what she has...she may not like it now but one day she will!

i didn't grow breasts till after I turned 18 and I have 32C-D breasts now, that are perfectly perky because I haven't had them all that long..

thats the good news,

if she wants to fit in, and feels wearing a bra would help her feel like she is a part of the group - the small A cup bras with padding will give her at least something.

high school is hard cos your mind and body is changing so fast, and you can't keep up with it, tell her not to freak out too much, everything sorts itself out the way its meant to in the end

Tell her to start doing push-ups. This will build up thge muscles under your chest and make your chest look bigger. Until then push-up bras at Victoria Secret do wonders.

SELF ESTEEM IS A KEY FACTOR FOR ANYBODY. She needs to learn to love herself just the way she was made. Nobody is perfect, even supermodels, have flaws. Tell her not to worry about her chest, and focus on building the rest of her body. Starting with her soul, like Judge Judy says: "Beauty fades, Dumb is Forever". I used to feel like her in other ways, and as I got older and my self-esteem grew stronger, I saw my old pictures, and realized, Oh My God, I was beautiful, really.
