These are my specifics for my eMac.

Machine Model:eMac
CPU Type:PowerPC G4 (1.1)
Number Of CPUs:1
CPU Speed:1.25 GHz
L2 Cache (per CPU):512 KB
Memory:768 MB
Bus Speed:167 MHz
Boot ROM Version:4.8.2f1

Just lately my eMac has been freezing, forcing me to switch the machine off and back on again. Now it happens 2-3 times a day. I'm really not sure why. I've deleted lot's of unwanted files etc.

An example: I go to my bookmarks to click on a bookmarked site, and as I click 'bookmarks' the machine freezes half way through and I have to restart.

Thanks for any help you guy's give me.

try updating it, do not use IE. You can also bring it to the Apple Genius center and see if they can help.
