It's not exactly normal, but yes, sometimes they do play hard to get. But the girl should never be put in the position in which she has to make the first move, indicating that, if you're refering to any guy in particular, he's a freak. And, I'm not trying to complicate things but, there's a slight possibility that's he's sexually attracted to his own gender. In other words, he could be gay. So look in to things first.

A lot. Especially if we see that the girl is getting too hooked. We like the mystic of being emotional stable and a bit self restrained. sometimes it is in self-preservation, if we feel a girl is going to take us into an emotional roller coaster and disappoint raised hopes.

I'm sure they do, but if I've learned one thing in life, it is that life is too short for games. If you like someone tell them while you have that chance. Games while dating, continue into marriage and that is not good.
