when i sit studying i cant concentrate i just feel like reading a story book or do some thing

You need to learn how to concentrate.
Think of it this way:
If you do not study, then you will not graduate from high school, or college.
If you do not graduate, then you will work at a boring job, which will be even harder to concentrate on because it is menial and mind-numbing.
Moreover, you will have to work harder and longer to make ends meet.
Finally, you will have less time to do the things you want to from the ages of 18-65 because you didn't concentrate from ages 6-22.

i hate to recomend this but dex amphetamines will do the job
