MY MOM'S A HAIRSTYLST AND SHE SUCKS AT TEASING HAIR!!!she's 'teased' mine before and it looked horrible!because she didn't do ti right! she is a natural born teaser!

have your hair texturized, and it will work better. take sections of your hair and comb underneath the section while holding it up. comb toward the scalp a few times holding the hair section with good tension. do this all over the head then finger comb to style. a great product that will help is called backcomb in a bottle bye sexy hair concepts

I guess a good hair stylist and some styling products can help you do that...this cur basically required hair of different length at different places so a stylist would be able to figure out how much where...

get it really staticy. Then hang upside down on your bed or something. When you get back up, hairspray it. Or hairspray it when you're still upside down.
