If you're talking about an Erykah Badu type of wrap..No, just practice and try out what you lay your hair flatest. Typically cornrows or braids will be your best option.
If you're talking about a wet wrap used to style, it might possibly be and would take unusually long to dry. A roller set would be faster.

yeah its probably posible 2 be 2 thick. but my freinds hair is REALLY thick and long and im pretty sure shed be able to. i say its worth a try.
