Giant Flying Spaghetti Monster.
No, really, it depends on each different person. Most atheists, as far as I know, aren't in an atheist club, with a set of organized beliefs. For instance, my boyfriend was an atheist when he met me, a catholic, and we traded ideas, and now he believes that if he ever became religious, catholic would be the way to go. (He's presently agnostic.)
However: C. S. Lewis, a big name ex-atheist and writer of the Chronicles of Narnia, said that before he became a Christian, he believed the two most logical faiths were Dualism (two equal and opposite forces ruling the universe) or Hinduism (i have no idea what this is about.)
Cheers.

How about a version of God that actually acts loving and merciful? A god that is, in fact, beyond all human attributes...without hate, jealousy, or favoritism? How about a version of God that doesn't act like a judgemental and paranoid war-chieftan of a stone-age desert tribe? How about a god that cares about the quality of a person's life and not about whether or not they atroke his (non-existent) ego?
Better yet, how about a god who simply "is". No "plan", "agenda", or "will" at all. Like a Buddhist ideal. A God that reflects the world as it is and not how simple-minded literalists want it to be. That needs no "prophet" to speak for it or rule for it. That does not need to take on a human form or have someone pay for a non-existent "debt of sin". That does not hold all of humanity guilty for a mythical story made up by desert nomads. That does not need money, praise, or endorse any political candidate.
One that reflects reality.

No interpretation is offensive. It it typically the self-righteous behavior of religious people that others find offensive, not their beliefs. Religious people who recognize that not everyone need follow their beliefs and can share the world with others tend not to offend others with their belief systems.

There is no such thing as an atheist. To be an atheist you would need to know everything about the universe. And since the greatest minds of our time may have known about 1% of the universe that ends that discussion. Peace out..............
