I want to dye it like this persons hair ( http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v505/ohdoct0rdoct0r1/medium/e5f9fa9c.jpg ) exept with 2 unnatural colours and not blonde.
Also, don't mind my hair in the first picture It's a lot longer now (the picture is only there so you can get an idea of my skin tone).

well to answer your question about your hair and skin tone, I was in cosmotology for a little bit, and while i was there i have learned and reliazed that, with darker skin tones hair looks best if you have a darkerhair color. example would be a pale skin person with black hair or a darker skined person with light hair(blonde) it doesnt look to good.
