Religion will never die!
But maybe one day we will come out of the buildings and worship outdoors, then we would have no need for the temples, mosques and cathedrals.
The buildings could be sold to feed the widows and orfans

A new religion will appear, and the existing places of worship will be used for the purpose of that new religion. the buolding may be adapted in order to remove idols that would be meaningless for the believers of the new religion or in order to re-adjust the Qiblih.

Good luck with that. Considering that from the very beginning, people have felt the need for God, I don't see religion taking a powder any time soon.

we should facilitate to help the poor and give them a home! these churches would make a fine home! the big churches will be for the bigger poor families , can you imagine how many poor folks can live in the Vatican?
