China no doubt about it..it has no problem with neighbours while pakistan and india are rivals

While none of these countries are considered to be in Southeast Asia exactly, China, India and Pakistan all have nuclear weapons. Of those three China probably has the most powerful military, though it generally isn't considered a superpower.

vibrance u must failed your 5th grade geography class. china is not the regional superpower as it isnt even in south asia; india is the regional power. pakistan is the only other country in the region that has nuclear technology
