The symptoms you are describing are common for women as far along in thier pregnancy as you are. If you think about it you must know that there is alot of pressure on your abdominal organs and the baby is taking up alot of space. So you will experience symptoms of 'reflux'. Did your healthcare provider call it gallbladder symptoms? It sounds more like 'reflux'. Eat very frequent small meals and don't lay down after eating. Avoid spicy things. The last month of pregnancy is uncomfortable for all pregnant women. But alot of us survived just fine. Take your zantac...eat small ect. It will be over soon enough.
