Not a smoothie, something that will fill me up. I have to go to school and don't get another chance to eat until 1:30pm.

diffently a slim fast. its just a drink and it is for diets. and if u get the slim fast optima it will control ur hunger for about 3 to 4 hours.

1. Bagel and a banana


2. Clif Bar or PowerBar and a glass of water

No magic, but not TOO many calories or anything that will give you the sugar high/crash either.

Granola bars.
Wheat toast with peanut butter.
Weight Control Oatmeal.
Fruit.

Any one of those with a protein shake or water. :D
