here is a question that really makes you question what to do:
would you rather live not believing there is a god and die realizing there is one or live knowing there is a god and die realizing there is none?
i am a catholic and i believe in god.... i believe because i want somebody to be blamed for our problems(besides bush) and think someone out there listens to us.....its sometimes good to know someomes watching over you..... it doesn't matter what religion you are though...

Your question is strictly theoretical since we can never know whether there is a God as long as we are alive. Interesting that you want a God so that you can blame someone for your problems.

Would you rather live thinking there is a God and then dying realizing you wasted your time? (Of course when you are dead, you can't realize anything.)
I'm glad religion makes you feel better and gives you something to blame but you do realize that there really aren't any invisable friends don't you? (Pretend there is one if it makes you calmer and happier but realize its just a pretend game...no harm in playing a game as long as you are rational and realize its just a game!)
I'm glad I'm living my life one day at a time and not spending all my days worrying about the evils of sin, God's wrath and the devil. There is enough to worry about in life without making things up to worry about.

i live knowing there is no god and I'm doing just fine. if you are stupid enough to believe in god then i hope you realize that he clearly isn't listening to you, we humans have messed the wold up collectively through greed, vanity, hatred, these are human traits there is no one to blame it s just the way we are

There is God.

if you really want to know if there is a God, all you need to do is ask.Ask him from you heart to reveal himself to you. He will.
and accept Jesus Christ as your savior.
