I am a christian. and I hate to disagree with my good friend above 90% of all Christians DO NOT live in America. In my denomination alone we have more members in Indonesia then America. we are much larger overseas then in the US. Christianity IS spreading like wildfire. just not in the US. Why? we have had to much time to get cynical and we've seen too many phony baloney crooks in the public eye to see the real thing. On the mission field they are turning to Christianity despite death threats (And I don't mean the half baked, "I hope you die" variety we hear in the US I mean they have a real chance of Dying for their faith. Now to me, That's a REAL Christian. I can't claim to have NEAR that kind of faith

A lot but 90% of them live in America. It's largely been rooted out of normal western countries.
