Tell your parents, tell your counselor and tell the principal. Tell the police if you have to. This guy has no business making any type of sexual comments to a young female student. I don't care if he's joking or not. That is out of bounds.
My wife is a teacher. I've seen this sort of thing. It always ends up with a young lady being injured over it. Get away from him before he hurts you.

Contact The Board Of Education. The Teacher Will More Than Likely Deny It All. Do Not Go Off To Any Place Alone With This Teacher On School Premises ,Or Off Of School Premises. You May Have A Hard Time Getting AnyOne To Take You Seriously.
I Would Say To Keep Reporting This Until Some One Hears You Out. If He Is Doing This To You, He May Have Done This To Others Or Soon Will. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!!!! Good Luck!

First of all.....how old are you?? He may need to be turned in to the authorities!! I think you should keep your distance. Ask him if his wife would appreciate him touching you like that. Even though u think hes hot--thats not a good situation to be involved in. It will end up bad for you. Trust me. Let him know talking is fine but he needs to keep his hands to himself. What do you think will happen to him if somebody sees that and tells the school authorities on him??

Tell the principal. The behavior your teacher is showing is WRONG!!! It doesn't matter if you think he's hot or not, it's illegal and he should know better. Tell your principal as soon as you can, or start with a counselor. Just keep telling until someone does something.

Tell him you don't like the comments and go to an administrator or a parent. Most of all tell him to fock off because he has kids, he doesn't have a reason to be with kids! Nastey ****! People like him need to be lined up and sent somewhere!

This guy is an idiot. He is jeopardizing his marriage and career for an underage piece of ***. Not to mention a lengthy prison term. I say bait him, turn him in and then watch him get raked over the coals. I'll look for this story in the news!

Tell your headteacher/principal . He shouldn't be doing that and if you leave it then he'll think that he's getting away with it.If you leave it until someone picks up on it and tells someone then they'll think that the feeling's are mutual and he might blame it on you. Tell someone before it goes too far!!!!!
