No it's always wrong because the older person is in a position of power. Just because you say you would have liked it doesn't mean you were mature enough at that age to understand what was happening to you.
It's just as wrong for an older woman to do it as an older man.

Define under age, each state has its own age of consent. If you are older then that have sex with older women and learn some tricks.

Well, depending how old are we talking about here. Maybe a 10 yr. gap. For instance, 20yr old and a 30yr old- sure. I see no problem with that. Love has no age. Peace!
