I snuck behind my dad's back & met my boyfriend at the movies.then a couple of months later my dad found some letters in my purse that my bf wrote to me.now my dad doesnt like me even talking on the phone with him anymore.how can i get my dad to trust my boyfriend of 8 months?how can i invite my boyfriend to talk to my dad.I really want them to become friends.but the thing is my boyfriend is 13 & im 12.but thats not the problem...the problem is I just want my dad to be able to trust me with him & see how nice of a guy he really is.i really need some help!!!

You should NOT have snuck behind his back. Now the only thing in your fathers head is that this BOY has made my daugther sneak around on me and then to top it off he read the letters. 12 may be a little young to have a boyfriend. Listen to your parents at least for the next few years, then you can mess up your life as you please when you are 18. I doubt your father wants his little 12 year old girl to be dating at such an age. And, who cares what your friends are doing.

Your dad will never trust your boyfriend. especially if when he read those letters ( which he should have given you your privacy and not done it.) there was questionable things in it. things that you should have been honest with in the begining. he would have probably hated it but he would have thought more about the both of you. maybe you should sit down with your father and you boyfriend mother is she is in the picture and go over the things that he hates and the things you want to work out. may be you can get him to lay off a little. and give you little space but you would have to show him you can give a little trust to.

u will only be able to win dad's trust by earning it. and showing him by your actions that he can trust u. maybe ask dad if your boyfriend can come to the house and meet him. but being 12 is kind of young, and it is hard for dad's to see their little girls grow up, he wants to keep u the child u are, and doesn't want to have to worry about what is going on that he doesn't know about. so from now on no sneaking around, if your dad says no listen to him, as dad's do want only the best for their daughters.

Your dad is a good man and he's looking out for the best for his baby girl. Too many dads just don't give a crap enough to marry mom and work hard and provide. If your dad IS married to your mom and works to provide a home for you, then you should respect him for protecting you from adult behaviors that you are clearly not ready for.

Have him tell your Dad that he stopped having anal sex with you because he thought it was bad for your health. Now he just pokes you in the front and get oral

Sounds like you're the one who's untrustworthy. How can you ask your dad to trust you if you can't even be honest about what you're doing? I'd say your Dad is perfectly right not to trust either of you.

As an old man, it's a guy thing. He will never trust your boyfriend because he dishonored your father in his own house. You'll soon find out your boyfriend is selfish. i would not do what he did for one simple reason, respect.

try to get your dad to see how good of a bf u have and then sweet talk him into having your bf over to your house for dinner then prove to your dad hes a great guy. then when your bf goes home go thank your dad and apologies about sneaking around your father to go to the movies.by the way make sure your bf uses polite words like "thank u' please'excuse me' if he has to leave to use the toilet NO farting burping or talking about puke poo pee or Diaria when your bf is leaving make sure he says 'thank u for having me over for a good dinner'. trust me it worked on my dad.

i think youre too young to be dating right now....now that you have snuck behind youre dad's back when it is time for you to have a boyfriend.....he wont trust you..... youre better off dumping the guy and waiting until you are old enough.....
