If I had to choose, I'd pick the dog. If it was because of allergies, there are meds and shots for that!

The truth?
Are you into showing and/or breeding or is the dog your pet?
Might you marry this boyfriend and be happy without a dog? Or is this just some guy you may never settle down with?
I think from those questions you can figure it out. And they were asked by someone who has raised show dogs all her life.
Dogs do not live forever, dogs are not people. I love them and I would not give up a dog for a casual relationship. Also I would be angry if I gave up a dog for a relationship if that relationship ended. Maybe there is a way around that so you do not have to give the dog up completely until you are sure.

a million. Virginia [i'm a July toddler] 2. Anna[No lipstick, hey something cool, for the girl I have been given #7 then #13, that's my birthday, 13 July :)] 3. Frank [different - I wanna bypass to Sweden] 4. Harold [Multi animals-In my new abode we've a cat, a canine, and a pair of birds] Virginia and Anna i'm no longer prepared on, however the nickname Ginny is attractive. Frank is oddly good-looking so i like it, and Harold isn't something i could use, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it has a nerdy, previous college allure i won't be able to clarify.

If I were really in ove w/ the person & just got the dog, I would find a supportive home for the dog. If the dog has been w/ me longer than the bf/gf, than the human is getting kicked to the curb. Whenever I first start dating someone in a serious way I make sure to find out about allergies & let the person know my pet is a keeper.

And that is what the problem is with people today, misplaced feelings and emotions that they can get out of a dog, but not out of a human. Do you even hear yourselves talk? If this was a serious relationship, the dog would have to go. If this was a fling the person has to go. I will not allow an animal to dictate my life or who I date, no matter what. Please, grow up, it's just a dog.

Hmmm pet of years... boyfriend of weeks..
See yah boyfriend!
Usually allergies would come up early in a relationship.. he would either have to get allergy shots or move on.

Tell your boyfriend/girlfriend to get meds. If not get rid of the boyfriend/girlfriend. The dog will be more loyal.

Ask him/her to go to the doctor for some allergy shots. Pets are unconditional love.
